Based in the Channel Islands, Comprop has been developing commercial sites, primarily in St Peter Port, Guernsey for circa 15 years.  The "forward thinking" redevelopment at Admiral Park has produced two new retail Superstores, together with high specification office and residential accommodation which has made this area an extremely desirable location for business, the local population and visitors to Guernsey. Further commercial opportunities are still being considered for the remainder of this site, which will add further potential to this popular location,

Within a five minute walk from Admiral Park is our latest exciting development, a former warehouse on the Glategny Esplanade which is being redeveloped into a state of the art 61,700 sqft four storey office building. In addition, we have worked closely with Guernsey Heritage to sensitively restore a listed building; not only does this site have easy access to St Peter Port, it has the benefit of stunning views across the other Channel Islands

A Jersey office was established in 2008 with work now advancing to develop a number of sites in this island.   We are liaising closely with the planners to recreate architecture which blends the old with the new, as a number of our properties and development sites have been registered as buildings of historic importance.  We are also striving to provide the efficient use of space and facilities in order to meet modern office and living requirements in line with environmental guidelines.
