About Us

Comprop was formed to initially develop the Admiral Park site out of the then IEG (International Energy Group) land bank.   It has expanded its horizons over the years and having been part of a Listed Company, C I Traders Ltd for a short time, is now once again in private ownership.

Comprop operates as a small highly focused team which is primarily developing a Channel Island land bank, however the Company also considers other opportunities such as site acquisitions for both development and investment.

Although the business unit is small, Comprop’s business model is to employ and develop teams of professionals across the islands and prides itself in selecting the correct teams to undertake each project, our objective being to create a quality product for tenants, investors and residential purchasers.

Through our developments we have detailed knowledge and experience of all types of construction methods and different category of uses from office, retail, residential and heritage.
