Live Projects

The redevelopment of Glategny Esplanade, "Glategny Court" is Comprop's largest live project and incorporates the following:-

- Construction of a high quality office building of 61,729 sq ft over four floors of accommodation.
- 110 car parking spaces to be provided by a purpose built car park to the rear of the site.
- Four residential units to provide street scene to the front of the car park.
- Additional car parking for 57 cars within 200 metres at Salerie Quarry.
- 17 residential units to the front and rear of the Quarry.
- Plans for a further 14 residential units at Les Canichers.
- Tenants' fit-outs.
