Guernsey Historical

Over the past 10 years Comprop have been involved in a number of major projects within the Island, including office developments, retail superstores and residential schemes. 

Admiral Park was created from the ex-Guernsey Gas works site and has provided to date a Checkers Superstore a B&Q  store, the Flagship offices which comprise the imposing Martello and Dorey buildings, together with the neighbouring Vega Apartments with spectacular views across to Herm and Sark.

FLAGSHIP OFFICES
The construction of two 90,000 sq ft, four storey Cat A office buildings has provided much needed, first class office accommodation
GENERALI BUILDING
The Generali Building provides 25,000 sq ft of office accommodation over four storeys and also has an attractive roof terrace.
ADMIRAL PARK RESIDENTIAL
Prior to Comprop becoming a private company it also commenced the construction of 80 residential units.
B&Q
This unit was specifically constructed for the end user and makes the best use of the site.
CHECKERS
The Checkers Superstore was developed for Le Riche in 2001.
SHIP & CROWN
The Ship and Crown has had the benefit of a major structural refit with the top two floors of an exciting pub converted into a restaurant and to create a bar.
CAREY HOUSE
Formerly Commerce House, this former 1970s office building has been totally transformed to provide first class 21st century office accommodation
