Further to the creation of office, retail and residential units at this busy St Peter Port location,
GUERNSEY BREWERY
A professional team has been selected to review the options for the redevelopment of the Ex-Brewery site
ANN STREET
Over the past 18 months we have commenced works to demolish part of the site in readiness for future development
ESPLANADE (70-72)
Planning consent has been received on this site for office accommodation
WEIGHBRIDGE PLACE
This site comprises the historic Southampton Hotel which is listed as a Site of Special Interest in the Register
G T CAR SITE
We are currently looking into various feasibility schemes for this site.
